Payments Accepted

We currently accept bank transfer or Revolut for all bookings.
A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due once the job is completed.
This helps us confirm your slot and allocate a cleaner in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens — we get it.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our team’s schedule.

 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking will result in the loss of your deposit.

If a cleaner is unable to attend or we need to reschedule for any reason, we’ll offer a full refund or priority rebooking at your convenience.
